The NT2-A continues the tradition started with the now legendary RØDE NT2. This 1″ large diaphragm microphone for professional applications offers three adjustable polar patterns, pre-attenuation and a low-cut filter, which can be adjusted on the front panel. Although the frequency response and transient response are up to today’s studio standards, the sound has the silky character of the most sought-after microphones from the 1950s and ’60s. The NT2-A’s feature set makes it one of the most versatile condenser microphones on the market. The NT2-A comes with an SM6 spider, dust cover, microphone cable and a downloadable instructional video with tips from recording engineer and producer John Merchant. The RØDE NT2-A is manufactured in Australia and allows for the free extension of the RØDE warranty to 10 years.
