The GTX-3 Medium/General models are the most versatile pair in the series, giving you a mix of warmth and articulation that is workable for most parts. At low volumes they tend to sound softer, while some bite starts to come through with more energy.
The German felt covering the wooden core of these mallets has been applied parachute-style, leaving no stitching on the edge. This design gives the mallets the same sound quality all the way around the head, so there’s no need to constantly check your mallets.
