Transcending classic design elements with eye-catching appeal, the American Custom Stratocaster draws the most discerning players as the embodiment of elegance and perfectly alluring playability. An NOS lacquer finish lets the two-piece select ash body breath and resonate with each note. The one-piece 2A roasted birdseye maple neck has a 10/56 V profile, 9.5 radius and 22 narrow tall (6105) frets for exceptionally comfortable play in all registers. Custom Shop hand-wound Fat 60s pickups (with reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup) are connected to a five-way switch and Fat 50s wiring for strong tone with transparent bloom on each note. Other features include a single-ply gold anodized aluminum pickguard, Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, Fender-Locking machines, bone nut and American Standard string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
