Genelec 7040 APMActive Studio-Subwoofer
The 7040 enables precise low bass reproduction down to 30 Hz. With its compact design, it ideally complements setups consisting of 8010, 8020 or M030. The proven LSE technology (Laminar Spiral Enclosure) prevents airflow noise and distortion.
The subwoofer can be adapted to the positioning in the room: There are dip switches for the phase position and a lowering of the low bass range.
The bass management in the subwoofer passes the stereo signal to the monitors with a filter. Weighing just 11 kg, it is also suitable for all mobile applications.
