Black Lion Audio – Auteur MkIII Mic Preamp
Black Lion Audio presents the Auteur MKIII, an updated version of the popular preamp. In addition to two microphone inputs, the new revision also offers the option of processing line signals or instrument levels. The IC-based input stage ensures modern transparency, while the output stage gives the signal a musical sound signature with a high-quality Cinemag transformer. Phantom power, PAD and phase inversion can be switched for each channel, as can the input selection between XLR, line and Hi-Z. The road-ready housing measures one U at half the rack width and can be mounted in standard 19-inch cases using the supplied rack ears.
