The video teaches 12 rock and pop rhythms step-by-step, and also shows how to do the pass, the slide, and the roll. It even introduces basic rhythmic concepts. Cup drumming can be done alone, in pairs, or in a group. And every lesson ends with a play-along section where the rhythms are played to real music.
