The ORPHEUS is the perfect combination of form and function. The highly sensitive 1.07″ dual-diaphragm capsule is suspended in its own special holder and floats almost freely in the spherical basket. The microphone body is made of a cast zinc alloy with very low self-resonance properties, which helps to ensure that the signal remains crystal clear. The directional characteristics (patterns) « Omni », Cardioid » and « Figure 8 » as well as a « 10dB cut/boost » function make this microphone the perfect all-rounder that can be used in every conceivable studio or live sound situation.
